In this two-day onsite workshop in Austin, Texas, we’ll combine the power of Sun’s multi-sensory facilitation method (showcased in a bestselling book!)—Gamestorming 2.0—with Patti’s expertise on simulating the future. Boost Your Brilliant Light is a hands-on, reflective, in-person immersion for facilitators, leaders, and creatives who want to work with imagination more skillfully, confidently, and consciously.

This workshop is for people who are ready to move from using imagination to leading with it—and who believe that imagination is not a “nice-to-have,” but a critical human capacity for the future of work. This is not a lecture or a toolkit download. It’s a living laboratory for imaginative work practice.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of this two-day experience together, we will:

Co-led by Patti Dobrowolski and Sunni Brown, this workshop blends the latest insights from Gamestorming 2.0, imagination science, and visual thinking into an experience that is playful, profound, and deeply practical.

  • Work with imagination as a force, not just a concept—learning how to recognize when it’s alive in a group and how to invite more of it

  • Practice advanced Gamestorming 2.0 methods through embodied, collaborative exercises you can immediately use with teams

  • Balance hands-on making with guided reflection, so insight and meaning have space to land

  • Strengthen your facilitator presence, allowing clarity, creativity, and confidence to ripple outward

  • Explore how to help teams access collective imagination, especially in moments of uncertainty, complexity, or stuckness

About the Facilitators

Sunni (Sun) Brown is founder of the Center for Deep Self Design and is co-facilitating this workshop with her long-time friend and colleague, Patti Dobrowolski. Sun’s bio can be found on this very website.
