The Center for Deep Self Design (CDSD) is what’s called a third place—a creative and contemplative space that bridges life and work, enhancing and replenishing both.
We collaborate with and host exceptional teachers and facilitators who share time-tested wisdom and road-tested tools for softening obstacles to creative expression, authenticity, insight, self-compassion, and joy.
We do powerful work by combining multi-sensory facilitation techniques with established methods of inner science.
CDSD’s mission is to support learners in leading more wholehearted and liberated lives by becoming familiar with and friendly toward the inner landscapes of the heart and mind.
Our innovative, embodied techniques positively impact the quality of our inner and outer experiences—since the two are intimately intertwined.
