WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
In this four-hour collaborative online workshop, we’ll combine the power of Sun’s multi-sensory facilitation method (showcased in a bestselling book!)—Gamestorming 2.0—with Patti’s expertise on simulating the future to help you to discover, design, and activate a personal aspirational state using two of your most powerful innate capacities: visualization and imagination.
This experience will help you build confidence in strengthening your imaginal capacity and mind’s eye to rehearse outcomes, test possibilities, emotionally experience a desired future state, and enhance the potential of that future coming to fruition. Imagination is more than a whimsical experiment; it is a cognitive muscle, a future-generator that can be intentionally exercised and directed to call in and co-create a more hopeful vision for yourself, others, and the world.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this four-hour experience, you will:
Be exposed to new scientific findings on imagination as the brain’s future simulator
Practice multi-sensory techniques that enhance your visualization skills and imaginal capacity
Learn how to purposefully activate future-thinking neural pathways and direct energy toward a desired future state
Leverage social imagination and collaborative intelligence to heighten your personal creative vision
About the Facilitators
Sunni (Sun) Brown is founder of the Center for Deep Self Design and is co-facilitating this workshop with her long-time friend and colleague, Patti Dobrowolski. Sun’s bio can be found on this very website.
